Kris Weems has spent the better part of the last 15 years immersed in the Bay Area basketball scene, beginning with a successful playing career at Stanford University and, most recently, as the head varsity basketball coach at Menlo School in Atherton, California. Now a Warriors assistant coach for player development, Weems discusses his new position with broadcaster Jim Barnett.
