Season Parking Passes Now Available through Miami Parking Authority

Q: When will I have access to my season tickets?

A: You will be able to access your tickets through your online account approximately a week before the first preseason home game. Comprehensive instructions on how to use your online account will be sent to you well in advance of your tickets being activated. Please note that your tickets will not be available online if your account is not in “good standing”, i.e. up to date with its payment schedule.

Q: How can I purchase extra tickets to a Miami HEAT game?

A: Before individual game tickets go on sale to the public, we will have an exclusive individual game presale for Season Ticket Holders. Due to demand, tickets will be limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can expect more information regarding this opportunity via e-mail within the next few weeks.
