FRISCO – Inspired by Lone Star heroes past and present, the Texas Legends' team logo includes something else familiar – a Mavericks color scheme.
The National Basketball Development League team decided on a logo that features a bold star that appears to be rising up and getting bigger. The resulting effect is a longhorn-like look to the logo, which is made of blue, silver, black and white.
Now that our basketball team has a name, it's time to find one for our Dance Team. The Legends want your help!
On Saturday, May 1st, Legends Head Coach Nancy Lieberman appeared on NBC's Today Show to discuss her role as the first woman Head Coach in the NBA or NBA D-League.
